Data controller

The data controller is Nexly Lab (contact: [email protected]). This policy applies to the pixquest.app website.

Cookies and Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse site traffic. GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _gid) that identify your browser and count visits. We do not share this data with third parties for advertising purposes. All data is processed under a Data Processing Amendment signed with Google.

Legal basis

Analytics data is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner. By default all tracking signals are denied (Consent Mode v2).

Withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Retention period

Google Analytics retains data for a maximum of 14 months. Your cookie choice is stored in browser localStorage with no expiry date — you can change it at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For privacy matters, write to [email protected].

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we process your email address for two strictly defined purposes: to send a welcome email confirming your signup and a one-time notification when the PixQuest app launches. We do not use it for any other marketing activities, do not share it with third parties, and do not profile you.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 398(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Act of 12 July 2024), given by entering your email address and clicking the signup button on pixquest.app.

We retain your address until you withdraw consent, but no longer than 24 months from our last communication. After the app launches, we migrate addresses to the user database only for people who create an account — the rest are deleted.

You can withdraw consent at any time by sending a message to [email protected] — we remove you within 72 hours, no questions asked. After the app launches, a one-click "Unsubscribe" link will also appear in the footer of every email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Email addresses are stored with Resend (resend.com, operator: Resend Inc., based in the United States). Transfer outside the European Economic Area is carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and a Data Processing Agreement signed with Resend.
